Dental X-ray
If root canal therapy will be implemented through decision of your dentist, dental x-ray is obtained to detect the exact location of the decay.
Anaesthesia
Local anaesthesia is applied to allow to have a comfortable therapy process.
Pulpectomy
The sick pulpa is removed from the canal opened.
Filling procedure
After removal of the sick pulpa, the cavity appeared is filled by gutta-percha substance.
Achievement of a root canal therapy performed properly and adequately is over 90% to 95%.
Pain and tingling may be observed due to sensitivity on the teeth after the therapy. Swelling on the face is expected; you should contact your dentist in case of any unusual result. Analgesic agents may be used temporarily; you should avoid harsh movements to your teeth.
